We are looking for a responsible and organized Senior HR Executive to support the company’s daily HR, payroll, staff administration and office operations.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and record staff leave (Annual Leave, Medical Leave, unpaid leave, urgent leave)
Prepare monthly payroll information including deductions, incentives, unpaid leave, new staff and resignations
Calculate staff incentives and update calculations based on attendance and leave records
Maintain and update employee records, work passes and HR documentation
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters and salary adjustment letters
Handle Work Permit / S Pass renewal submissions via MOM portal
Submit government claims (GPML, GPCL, paternity, childcare, levy waiver, PWCS etc.)
Handle IRAS tax clearance for foreign employees
Assist in recruitment, interview coordination and staff onboarding/offboarding
Manage petty cash, staff claims and office administrative matters
Coordinate maintenance and servicing for office equipment and facilities
Monitor insurance, Bizsafe, fire extinguisher servicing and other compliance renewals
Follow up on overdue customer payments when required
Liaise with government agencies, suppliers and internal departments
Preparation of commissions/ incentives and payroll as well.
Any other ad-hoc tasks from head office

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of HR/Admin experience preferred
Familiar with MOM, IRAS and payroll procedures
Knowledge of Work Permit / S Pass matters is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative documentation
Responsible, meticulous and able to handle confidential information
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
