Senior HR Executive (HR, Payroll & General Administration)

We are looking for a responsible and organized Senior HR Executive to support the company’s daily HR, payroll, staff administration and office operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and record staff leave (Annual Leave, Medical Leave, unpaid leave, urgent leave)
- Prepare monthly payroll information including deductions, incentives, unpaid leave, new staff and resignations
- Calculate staff incentives and update calculations based on attendance and leave records
- Maintain and update employee records, work passes and HR documentation
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters and salary adjustment letters
- Handle Work Permit / S Pass renewal submissions via MOM portal
- Submit government claims (GPML, GPCL, paternity, childcare, levy waiver, PWCS etc.)
- Handle IRAS tax clearance for foreign employees
- Assist in recruitment, interview coordination and staff onboarding/offboarding
- Manage petty cash, staff claims and office administrative matters
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing for office equipment and facilities
- Monitor insurance, Bizsafe, fire extinguisher servicing and other compliance renewals
- Follow up on overdue customer payments when required
- Liaise with government agencies, suppliers and internal departments
- Preparation of commissions/ incentives and payroll as well.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks from head office
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HR/Admin experience preferred
- Familiar with MOM, IRAS and payroll procedures
- Knowledge of Work Permit / S Pass matters is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative documentation
- Responsible, meticulous and able to handle confidential information
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
