Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced GP Sales Representative to drive sales performance and build strong relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), clinics, and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on promoting nutraceuticals/healthcare products, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and detail company products to General Practitioners, clinics, and relevant healthcare professionals
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with GPs and clinic staff
Deliver and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Execute territory plans and identify new business opportunities
Conduct regular field visits and ensure optimal call coverage
Organize and participate in product presentations and clinic activities
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a pharmaceutical/GP sales representative
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a GP channel
Strong network with General Practitioners and clinics preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Good planning and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Valid driver’s license (if required for territory coverage)
