Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced GP Sales Representative to drive sales performance and build strong relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), clinics, and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on promoting nutraceuticals/healthcare products, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and detail company products to General Practitioners, clinics, and relevant healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with GPs and clinic staff
- Deliver and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Execute territory plans and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular field visits and ensure optimal call coverage
- Organize and participate in product presentations and clinic activities
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a pharmaceutical/GP sales representative
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a GP channel
- Strong network with General Practitioners and clinics preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license (if required for territory coverage)
