Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to source, screen, interview, and place candidates while building strong relationships with clients and job seekers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
  • Conduct client meetings to gather detailed hiring requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate recruitment terms and service agreements to secure business deals.
  • Generate recruitment sales and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and networking to build a qualified talent pool.
  • Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
  • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for specific job openings.
  • Match suitable candidates to job vacancies efficiently.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to facilitate the hiring process.
  • Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages to secure candidate acceptance.

Candidate Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates to foster engagement.
  • Provide career advice and guidance to support candidates’ professional growth.
  • Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process to ensure transparency.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience to enhance employer brand reputation.

Client Management

  • Understand clients’ manpower requirements and business needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to advise clients effectively.
  • Deliver recruitment solutions within agreed timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Follow up on placements and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and submission reports for client review.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Employment Agency requirements to uphold legal standards.
  • Update recruitment reports and activity trackers to monitor performance and progress.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess a valid CEI license to legally operate as a recruitment consultant in Singapore.
