Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to join our Singapore office. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

Finance

  • Liaise with external accountants for bookkeeping, tax and compliance matters
  • Manage overseas subsidiary and intercompany transactions to maintain accurate consolidated financial records
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data
  • Support management with financial analysis and business insights to guide strategic planning
  • Ensure effective financial controls are adhered to within the business
  • Handle financial records, transactions, and reconciliations
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and financial summaries
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and standards
  • Support audits and maintain proper documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain creditors/debtors overview
  • Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned to contribute to overall financial management and business growth

HR & Admin

  • Coordinate interviews and recruitment scheduling
  • Prepare employment letters and HR documentation
  • Maintain employee records including leave and benefits
  • Assist with payroll coordination, CPF matters and government reporting
  • Provide administrative support such as meeting scheduling
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Assist with expense claims and internal coordination
  • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support efficient HR operations and organisational effectiveness
  • Handle general office administration and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in finance with knowledge of full set and general accounting procedures
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
  • Prior energy or shipping background is an advantage
