Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented PMO professional to support strategic projects and operational initiatives across Atome Financial business. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders across business, operations, product, technology, risk, and finance teams to drive project governance, execution tracking, stakeholder alignment, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced fintech environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic and cross-functional initiatives
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful execution
- Drive project governance, meeting cadences, action tracking, and status reporting
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with business leaders, product, technology, operations, risk, legal, and finance teams
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure key stakeholders remain aligned on project priorities and progress
- Prepare management updates, project summaries, presentations, and reporting materials for leadership reviews
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational processes, and enhance execution efficiency
- Support implementation of process improvements, governance frameworks, and operational controls
- Drive consistency in project management methodologies and documentation standards
Strategic Initiatives
- Support business transformation and regional expansion initiatives
- Assist with organizational planning, resource coordination, and implementation tracking
- Conduct data analysis, reporting, and project assessments to support decision-making
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and escalation points
- Monitor dependencies and support mitigation planning to minimize project impact
- Ensure action items and follow-ups are properly tracked and closed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Operations, or related disciplines
- Approximately 10–12 years of relevant PMO, project management, strategy, operations, consulting, or business transformation experience
- Experience within fintech, banking, technology, consulting, or high-growth environments is preferred
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and navigating fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting regional or multi-market initiatives
- Familiarity with agile delivery or product development environments
- Exposure to fintech, lending, payments, digital banking, or financial services operations
- PMP, Scrum, Agile, or related project management certifications are advantageous
