Senior Product Manager, Supply Incentives

As a Senior Product Manager, Supply Incentives, you will define and execute the roadmap for supply-side incentive programs, working with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations partners. You will analyse driver behaviour and market dynamics to identify opportunities, design incentive structures that are economically sustainable and motivating, and ship the features that bring those programs to life. You will contribute to the broader Rides group strategy and define measurable success metrics, including P\u0026L-level business impact. You will serve as the internal expert on supply economics, regularly presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership. You will also oversee the delivery of cross-functional initiatives, taking responsibility for implementation and identifying areas for improvement across the business.
