Job Description
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls Receive and direct visitors Maintain supplies, machines, facilities Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Wafer in/out status management Handle PPE Announce, support congratulations and condolences Retrieve documents from filing system Handle requests for information and data Resolve administrative problems and inquiries Prepare written responses to routine enquiries prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails and support the business review preparation upon the request Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for team members, managers or supervisors Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence Minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience. Excellent interpersonal & communication skill Proficient skill using MS office, Excel and PowerPoint Highly organized and ability to work independently Must have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple and changing priorities
