Job Description

Manages, prepares, administers, and directs the control of the budget. Manages the activities of the financial analyst staff. Responsible for compliance with global policies and process standardizations Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws and regulations Liaise and coordinate with the external auditors and other professionals to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements Communicate and monitor compliance with internal control procedures, policies and initiatives Assist the Finance & Operations Director with ad-hoc information requests Work closely with the management team to provide decision-making support across the business Provide coaching and technical guidance to the members of finance team Perform all other duties as assigned and required Ensure appropriate control in place per corporate policies and per SOX 404 documented controls, and actively manage internal business controls related to tax and treasury related areas. Work together with other finance functions of Accounting and Financial planning, and with Legal to work in an integrated way to be able to deliver most value. Managing all relevant stakeholders externally and internally such as tax authorities, government authorities, tax advisors, banks, and internal business partners in support of business risks being in control To supervise all matters relating to taxes and make recommendations to the Group tax management in line with the Group's tax and fiscal strategy in order to minimize tax impacts on the business. Manage regular tax audits with development of efficient future tax strategies if required. Generate cash flow regularly and set up internal strategy to utilize capital asset at maximum, and provide in-depth tax analysis for better business decision making. Manage and lead internal tax/treasury projects to complete tax project with timely and efficient manner to achieve its goals and objectives. Perform strategic tax planning/works such as VAT, Intercompany agreement, APA, etc. Manage tax and treasury team members including people management and development. BA/MA in accounting, Finance or other related majors required, related professional certification (CPA, CTA) preferred >15 years with >5 years of tax treasury function Have broad, hands on, treasury experience encompassing both dealing and accounting functions Strong technical knowledge/skills on Tax regulations and hand-on experience of on-site Tax/Customs audits Fluent in English - written and presentation skills Basic MS Office skills, knowledge of ERP/SAP architecture and capability Understanding of the industry and customers (or ability to learn quickly) Proven ability to adapt to change and be an astute negotiator Ability to manage multiple projects and address conflicting priorities to help subordinates meet customer expectations and achieve results Proactively looks for opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations Ability to lead a strategic/global CFT; strong influencing capabilities (excellent communication and presentation skills)
