Low Code Engineer – OutSystems

Key Responsibilities and Activities: ·                Assist in designing and developing web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform to support various business processes and service delivery requirements ·                Work closely with product teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions ·                Design, develop and deploy user interfaces, workflows and integrations for business operations and service delivery purposes ·                Support the building of application integrations that connect multiple platforms and external systems ·                Help maintain application architecture and infrastructure to support operational, reporting, and analytical workloads across the ecosystem ·                Implement application testing, validation, and optimisation processes to ensure application quality and performance ·                Monitor applications and systems to identify potential issues and performance bottlenecks ·                Support the maintenance of OutSystems applications ·                Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues ·                Create and maintain documentation of application development processes and system configurations Job Requirements Qualification & Experience ·                Relevant education qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields ·                3–5 years of experience in OutSystems solution delivery ·                Experience delivering applications in public sector projects preferred ·                OutSystems related certifications preferred ·                Understanding of application architecture and design patterns within OutSystems ·                Proficiency in OutSystems development including web services integration and API development concepts and processes ·                Knowledge of database systems, both relational and non-relational, and their query languages ·                Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB ·                Understanding application security, access controls, and logging ·                Exposure to version control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices
