Product Manager

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Define and execute product vision, mission, and roadmap in collaboration with Product Owner and stakeholders.

• Identify digital transformation opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.

• Manage product budget, secure funding, and monitor expenditure.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred

• Minimum  years of experience in product management or related roles

• Hands-on experience in full product development lifecycle Technical Knowledge: Experience in: · Product Management and IT business analysis · Application solutioning design and testing · Modern development practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development · Data analysis and product analytics · Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying, managing, and scaling applications, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch · Salesforce platform, including experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce, focusing on implementation, configuration, and integration for CRM solutions, process automation (e.g., flows, workflows), and reporting.

• Knowledge of current product trends, best practices and technologies Professional Certifications (Advantageous):

• Project Management Professional certification (PMP), Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM), Certified Scrum Master or equivalent

• Experience in Government projects and vendor management Experience (Advantageous): · Experience with AI-enabled customer service capabilities such as conversational AI, Agent Assist or chatbots.

Work Hours: 8.30AM to 6.00PM Engagement Start Date: As early as possible Contract Period: 1 Year contract with 1 year extension
