• Implement and maintain privileged access management controls across systems.

• Monitor and review access logs to detect and address anomalies.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance access management processes.

• Develop and update documentation related to access management procedures.

• Respond to security incidents related to privileged access breaches.

• Provide training and guidance on best practices for privileged access management.

• Support audits and produce reports on access management activities.

The Successful Applicant A successful Privileged Access Management Security Officer should have:

• Experience in managing privileged access within a technology environment.

• Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements in the insurance industry.

• Proficiency in access management tools and technologies.

• Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate security risks.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders.

• Ability to produce detailed documentation and reports.
