Senior Operations Specialist - Marketplace

We're looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded, and execution-focused Senior Operations Specialist – Marketplace to drive marketplace performance across South Africa. In this role, you will own the rider and driver value proposition, with a particular focus on pricing strategy, marketplace optimisation, and sustainable growth across all South African cities. Working closely with local and central teams, you'll use data, experimentation, and operational insights to balance supply and demand, improve marketplace efficiency, and deliver exceptional experiences for riders and drivers. This is a high-impact role where your decisions will directly influence marketplace health, commercial performance, and growth.
