Senior Sales Specialist

As a Senior Sales Specialist with our Romanian team, your primary responsibility will be to identify, contact, and build relationships with restaurant partners, negotiate mutually beneficial terms, and grow Bolt Food's partner network. You will independently manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing, while maintaining a strong and healthy pipeline. With your previous sales experience, you will be expected to confidently manage a broad range of opportunities and consistently deliver against ambitious commercial targets. After establishing a partnership, you will help ensure a smooth transition of the restaurant to the Operations and Account Management teams, setting our partners up for successful onboarding and long-term growth on the platform.
