Business Analyst (Project Data)(Construction)

Support implementation and maintenance of digital platforms and business applications. Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for digital projects and system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business need based on stakeholder engagement to uncover root causes of problems or opportunities for improvement

• Support implementation and maintenance of digital platforms and business applications

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities

• Prepare dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for digital projects and system enhancements

• Assist in API integrations, system testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation

• Maintain data accuracy, perform data cleansing, and ensure proper documentation of digital assets

• Recommend process automation and workflow improvements to support business operations

• Provide technical support and user training where required

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field

• Experience in digital project coordination, systems support, or data analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python, SDL, reporting tools

• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations is an advantage

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
